Port-a-Chopper Trailer

The Port-a-Chopper Motorcycle Transport Trailer is designed to be taken and used almost anywhere! The key feature of this motorcycle trailer is the ability to be disassembled and stored right in the trunk or back of your vehicle in under 15 minutes! The trailer has 11 pieces and is held together with bent hitch pins which means you dont need any tools to assemble and disassemble the trailer! No section of the trailer is more than 44" wide or weighs more than 44lbs! The trailer includes a loading ramp which is held on with a bent hitch pin. The loading ramp is lightweight and small for easy storage in your vehicle when not in use. The motorcycle trailer features a torsion axle suspension virtually eliminating all stress on the motorcycle and provides a smooth ride. The wheel channels on the trailer are 6 1/2" wide and made of high strength aluminum which wont rust! The attaching light bar features two brake lights and is also constructed of aluminum. The wires for the brake lights can be strung down the side of the trailer and held on by clips to keep the wires secure. Also featured on this trailer is an adjustable wheel stop which allows for 16" of adjustment. The trailer also features a stainless steel kickstand pad to rest the bike on when securing with tie down straps. The high speed tires are 8" in diameter and feature a 6-ply construction for long range travel. The motorcycle trailer has a GVW rating of 1,200 lbs. which will accommodate almost any bike. The Port-a-Chopper is available in an 80" or 96" motorcycle wheel base track and available in galvanized or black E-Coat finishes.

Also available are conversion kits to turn the Port-a-Chopper into a PWC or utility trailer! The PWC kit allows for hauling of a 9' water craft up to 1000lbs! The PWC conversion kit includes all mounting brackets but does not include bunk rails. The utility trailer conversion kit allows for the Port-a-Chopper to be converted into a 4 X 8 utility trailer with a 1000 lb load capacity! The utility trailer conversion kit excludes lumber. The Port-a-Chopper trailer and conversion kits include a 36 month limited warranty.
