A strong steel tube frame, powder coated black, supports 3 of your bikes without wobbling. The deluxe wheel bike rack has three grabber bars that slide throughout the top frame loop and clamp to your bike frame sized 2¼" or smaller. Each clamp on the frame grabbers is rubber coated to prevent your bikes from getting scratched. Those clamps can be secured by the top knob, and once secured they prevent your bicycles from swaying side to side.
